Meatballs Authentico

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb spicy Italian sausage shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs shopping list
- 4 baby Bellas diced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper diced shopping list
- 1 large stick of celery chopped up pretty fine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or romano cheese shopping list
- Garnish with favorite red sauce, or Maranara sauce topped with a pinch of fresh parsley I also like to add some gratted mozzarella cheese on top as well shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
- Use your bare hands for best results.
- Roll meatballs to about the size a little bigger than a golf ball.
- Drop raw meatballs into large castIron skillet with a drizze of Olive oil to alow not to stick. Cook on med high heat until browned on all sides. Into the sauce the go for a simmer of two - three hrs.
- If you want to keep the meatballs in the cast iron, cook on med until meat is browned throughout . It's a little faster but dosn't quite have that slow cooked texture or sauce marinade.flavor..
- Serve on Italian bread for a meatball sandwich or atop your favorite pastas.
