Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
  • Use your bare hands for best results.
  • Roll meatballs to about the size a little bigger than a golf ball.
  • Drop raw meatballs into large castIron skillet with a drizze of Olive oil to alow not to stick. Cook on med high heat until browned on all sides. Into the sauce the go for a simmer of two - three hrs.
  • If you want to keep the meatballs in the cast iron, cook on med until meat is browned throughout . It's a little faster but dosn't quite have that slow cooked texture or sauce marinade.flavor..
  • Serve on Italian bread for a meatball sandwich or atop your favorite pastas.
  • Enjoy these awesome morsals of Italian LOVE...

Agree, these look and sound absurdly good. Better than the recipe I usually use. Thanks.
