Chocolate Chip Coffee Bars Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

3 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup warm coffee

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour in large 11x15" sheet cake pan. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.

I just finished making these. I didn't have oil so used margarine and I stirred the chocolate chips into the batter. These are very, very good and I will make these again and again! Thanks.
