How to make it

  • Whisk all of the vinaigrette ingredients together in the bottom of a bowl.
  • Add your greens, strawberries, raisins.
  • Top with avocado, almonds, and parmesan.
  • Toss & enjoy!

    Oh, man, was this vinaigrette ever good! I knew I had to try it when I saw the ingredients. I redid the salad, though, as I'm not a big fan of avocado or raisins (weird for a native Californian, I know!). I used a mixture of romaine and baby spinach, chicken breast, strawberries, red onion and almonds. I didn't have any parmesan on hand. The vinaigrette and the strawberries went so well together. I dipped a couple of strawberries in the leftovers when I got done for dessert. :-P I think I could eat a bowl of strawberries and vinaigrette alone! I also liked the "parts" aspect of this recipe as I cook just for myself. That really worked for me. Super good. Added my picture. Thanks so much. I'm keeping this one! 10 stars! :)
