Roasted Sliced Tomatoes

- 4 small vine-ripe tomatoes shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil,for drizzling shopping list
- salt and fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- a few stems tyme,leaves chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300'
- Put cooling rack over baking sheet. Slice tomatoes,horizontally,into thirds and arrange slices on rack. Put top and bottom of tomatoes cut side up on rack.
- Dress tomatoes with oil,salt,pepper and thyme leaves. Roast 1 hour .
- Remove tomatoes to a serving platter.
