Easy White Chocolate-Coffee Trifle

The inspiration for this dessert is the popular Filipino dessert called Mango Float which is made up of layers of graham crackers or ladyfingers, cream, & Mango slices. This one is made of layers of Chocolate graham crackers, coffee flavored cream, & coarsely chopped White Chocolate pieces. Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS: shopping list
- 1 pack chocolate graham crackers (or original or honey flavor shopping list
- graham crackers) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons of crushed graham crackers, for garnish shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup table cream (usually Nestle) shopping list
- 3/4 cup condensed milk (NOT Evaporated) shopping list
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules, dissolved in as little HOT water shopping list
- as possible, just enough to dissolve granules shopping list
- 1 pack white chocolate chips or 1 bar White Chocolate (coarsely shopping list
- chopped into pieces) shopping list
How to make it
- PROCEDURES:
- 1. TO DO FILLING- In a bowl, mix together chilled cream,condensed
- milk, & instant coffee granules.
- 2. TO LAYER- Lay pieces of grahamcrackers in the pan. Pour cream
- on top and top with White Chocolate pieces. Repeat process to
- make 2 or 3 layers, ending with the cream and White Chocolate
- pieces on top.
- 3. TO FINISH- Sprinkle crushed grahams on top.
- 4. CHILL until set before serving.
- 5. ENJOY!
