- 12 chicken tenders shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- canola oil to fry shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 6 tbls. Frank's hot sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 4 tbls. water shopping list
How to make it
- Set up dredging station with 3 bowls, one with eggs beaten, another with panko bread crumbs and the last one with flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil on fry pan to med-high
- Dredge chicken in flour, then egg and lastly, panko
- In batches, cook until golden brown on both sides
- Sauce
- Add all ingredients to small pan.
- Heat on medium until sugar has dissolved and starts to thicken.
- Can drench tenders in sauce or dunk if you prefer.
