Sauce Baked Meatballs

This is a Company's Coming recipe and one I have been making since 1989...yes, I marked the recipe and gave it 5 stars. It is delicious and we love it.
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c milk or water shopping list
- 1 c rolled oats shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef shopping list
- SAUCE shopping list
- 3/4 c ketchup shopping list
- 3/4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp liquid smoke shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg with spoon in a large bowl. Add the next ingredients. Mix thoroughly and shape into meatballs.
- Place in a large baking dish or sided baking sheet large enough for a single layer.A roasting pan works good too.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake covered in 350 oven for 1 hour.
- Serve over steamed rice with a nice green salad.

Wow, this sauce was fantastic! I didn't make the meatballs here as I didn't have 1.5 lbs of ground beef or any rolled oats. Great flavors! Thanks for posting! More here
