Rockin Grilled Sweet Onions

Bryan gets Strawberry Onions every summer from a farmer he knows. They are huge, and sweet like a vidalia. We love them grilled whole with steaks or chicken on the grill. Easy and sooo good! Vidalias work just as well!
Ingredients
- 2 large strawberry onions (or vidalia, or your fave type) shopping list
- butter shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- chopped garlic or garlic powder shopping list
- worcestershire sauce (or teriyaki) shopping list
- foil shopping list
How to make it
- Slice off top of onion, and peel off outer "paper" layer
- Cut some of the center out of the onion, from the top and stuff with butter (or melt butter and drizzle over with Worcestershire)
- Season whole onions with salt and pepper
- Sprinke chopped garlic over, or garlic powder
- Liberally drizzle with worcestershire or teriyaki (or both!)
- Wrap tightly with foil
- Grilled over med-low heat about 45 minutes to an hour
