Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice off top of onion, and peel off outer "paper" layer
  • Cut some of the center out of the onion, from the top and stuff with butter (or melt butter and drizzle over with Worcestershire)
  • Season whole onions with salt and pepper
  • Sprinke chopped garlic over, or garlic powder
  • Liberally drizzle with worcestershire or teriyaki (or both!)
  • Wrap tightly with foil
  • Grilled over med-low heat about 45 minutes to an hour
