How to make it

  • Shred the turnips, 1/2cup onions, 1/2 cup zucchini. Wrap shredded veggies in paper towel, roll and squeeze out moisture.
  • Chop the bacon the fry it up. Remove the cooked bacon and add to the hash brown mix.
  • In the bacon pan on high heat, Place turnip mixture into pan and flip when golden brown. About 3-4 minutes on each side.

    No mention of what happens to the egg yolk -- is it meant to be added to the hash brown mixture before frying?
