Turnip Hash Browns

- 2 fried slices Lower Sodium bacon shopping list
- 2 cups turnip, Raw shopping list
- 1/2 cup onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Hungarian hot paprika shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cloves, Ground shopping list
- 1/2 cup zucchini shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
How to make it
- Shred the turnips, 1/2cup onions, 1/2 cup zucchini. Wrap shredded veggies in paper towel, roll and squeeze out moisture.
- Chop the bacon the fry it up. Remove the cooked bacon and add to the hash brown mix.
- In the bacon pan on high heat, Place turnip mixture into pan and flip when golden brown. About 3-4 minutes on each side.
