Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

- 6 Large red potatoes shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon fresh parsley shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic - Crushed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 8 Tablespoon butter shopping list
- 3/4 Cup milk - Estimate. Always check consistancy as you add. shopping list
How to make it
- Start off by cutting your potatoes into quarters and leave the skins on! Boil the potatoes till tender, they should break apart easily when you stick them with a fork. Drain, now add your butter to a large bowl then put the drained Potatoes ontop of the butter. Use a potatoe masher and mix till butter is incorporated into the potatoes. Dont make it into a paste mash lightly! Add your Garlic and parsley. Now start adding your milk till you get desired creaminess. Salt and pepper to taste.
- I use about 1 tablespoon Salt and 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
