Basic Potato soup recipe that can be dressed up or down.

Ingredients
  • 6 lg potatoes; cubed
  • 4 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package bacon; fried & crumbled
  • 1 medium onion; diced
  • 1 bunch green onion; chopped
  • 8 ozs cheddar cheese; shredded
  • 8 oz colby cheese; shredded
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese; shredded
  • 6 cans water

Directions
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in large boiler and cook over med/low heat until potatoes are tender.
  2. 2. Add cheeses; saving some of the cheese, bacon & green onions for individual servings.
