Ingredients

How to make it

  • Leave 30min to a hour before you intend on grilling. Start your prep See Photo. In a large bowl add your chops and throw your oil ontop and mix well till each piece is coated. Pull each piece out and coat heavily with the dry rub. Rub the mix into the pork and then set on a plate. Avoid stacking your meat. Now place in the fridge and let marinate for 30min-1hr.
  • Grill 8-10 minutes on each side. Use a Medium to medium low flame or coal. Do not pan cook with this rub!
  • Enjoy!

I made these again last night using boneless sirloin. Added another pic. Thanks, Radd. This is now my favorite chop recipe. Wish I could rate it higher.
