Quick Mozerella Basil Salad

Well may be there this recipe on this site but i cannot resist this salad i simply love it .... hope u dont mind to read it one more time :-P
Ingredients
- 200 gms of mozerella cheese shopping list
- 2 medium size good red tomatoe shopping list
- few fresh basil leaves shopping list
- good amount of olive oil shopping list
- salt n peper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- slice the tomatoes in round shape so there is a secret to cut round tomatoes in a uniform shape is to use bread knife and with patiences... even cut mozerella in round shape ...
- Alternate tomato and cheese slices on a serving platter; drizzle with olive oil. cover n chill it for few hours in the fridge before serving add basil leaves...sprinkle n pepper to taste
- Tip : dont add salt to the tomatoe before putting it in to fridge as tomato will start loosing water ....
