How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients other than bacon and rolls in large bowl.
  • Mix well(just use your hands! :) to incorporate the cream cheese as much as you can.
  • Form into 6-9 patties(either 1/2lb or 1/3lb each)
  • Grill over high heat until burgers are done, through. They only NEED to be cooked to about 145, but we like our pork a LIL more done, so I suggest 150ish.
  • Serve on the buns with strips of bacon on top!
