How to make it

  • cream butter butter till light and fluffy
  • mix in other ingredient
  • roll into small balls 2cm in diameter and place on a ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 300 degrees F for 10-15 min till slightly browned.
  • awesome drizzled with chocolate

    I also found that you can roll the cookies in icing sugar and/or Oreo crumbs before going into the oven. so good.
