How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Press mixture into small glass bowl, making sure to pack it down well.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • To serve, scoop a couple T of the cold Whiskey Butter onto each grilled steak, just before serving. (I used my lil cookie scoop:)
