How to make it

  • roast the garlic like above and set aside to cool
  • chop onion, oil, and salt and spices to a med hot pan to slowly carmelize, dont rush!
  • add cooled garlic to the cream cheese and sour cream, stir. then add 1/2 the carmelized onion to the dip and stir again. add the remaining onions on top to garnish and for texture, SALT TO TASTE.....ENJOY!
