How to make it

  • Process basil and garlic in a food processor until chopped.
  • Add pine nuts and cheeses, and process until blended, stopping to scrape down sides.
  • With processor running, pour oilive oil through food chute in a slow steady stream; process until smooth.
  • Chill upto 5 days.
  • Yield 1 cup

    As the end of summer looms large in the PacNW, this is a good recipe to have on hand - I think I have a couple of basil bushes. = )
