How to make it

  • Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
  • Stir flour into chocolate.
  • Add milk a little at a time and blend well.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick.
  • Cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add cooled chocolate mixture and beat until
  • icing is the consistency of whipped cream.

    Honestly, I have never tried it with other types of Chocolate. I don't see why it wouldn't work. I think I would use Bitter Sweet or Dark for it as it is darker and has a stronger flavor.

    Will this recipe work as well with regular chocolate? Sounds great.........the reason I ask is that I normaly have regular chocolate in the house and not white
