Paula Deen's Avocado Dressing

Paula featured this as a burger topping on her TV show; I used it today as a salad dressing. It is also an excellent chip dip for snacking... I'm posting the recipe exactly as I found it on foodnetwork.com; however I only had a medium avocado so I cut all of the other ingredients by half. Read more I also did not want to use a food processor/blender so just used garlic/onion powder and mixed by hand. See less
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, peeled and mashed with 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Dash cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.
