Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the garlic sprouts. When the water comes back to a boil, drain them and put into a bowl of cold water to cool. (You'll probably have to change the water a couple of times).
  • Heat the wok over high heat until it smokes. Add the oil and let it heat until it begins to smoke again.
  • Add the pork slices and let them brown on one side. Then stir-fry them until they are almost done.
  • Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Add the spring onion and ginger and stir-fry for another minute of so.
  • Add the soy sauce and stir-fry to reduce the liquid in the wok.
  • Stir and add the cornstarch and water. Mix until all is combined well and serve.
