- 1/2 lb. steak, shaved shopping list
- 3 slices provolone cheese shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1 small onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 small pepper, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Sriracha Mayo.....A mixture of mayo and sriracha sauce. Use the amounts of each that suit you shopping list
- 1 pita pocket, sliced in half shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet, add oil and heat to medium
- Add pepper and onions
- Salt and pepper
- When tender crisp, add steak and more salt and pepper
- Stir constantly until meat no longer pink
- Add Sriracha mayo to both pita pocket halves
- Add 1 1/2 slices cheese to each pita pocket
- Drain meat mixture through sieve
- Add to pockets
