Ingredients

How to make it

  • In skillet, add oil and heat to medium
  • Add pepper and onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • When tender crisp, add steak and more salt and pepper
  • Stir constantly until meat no longer pink
  • Add Sriracha mayo to both pita pocket halves
  • Add 1 1/2 slices cheese to each pita pocket
  • Drain meat mixture through sieve
  • Add to pockets
