Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whisk together Eagle Brand cream, pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour evenly into tart shells. (Go easy and don't fill to the top as the mixture will expand while it bakes).
  • Bake in preheated 375F oven for 18-22 minutes or until centre is set and puffy and pastry is golden.
  • Cool and garnish as desired.

I am so glad I found this recipe. Made these a few years back from the recipe on the can and loved them! Making them for Christmas this year.

I'm also not a fan of the holiday pumpkin pie, but with some sweetened condensed milk I bet these taste grand.

These look so cute!! I'm not a huge pumpkin fan, either, but with the eagle brand milk and chocolate, how can it miss? I am gonna try these! I know Bryan will love them.
