How to make it

  • Heat grill to medium high (I used an indoor grill pan)
  • Oil grill pan
  • Liberally salt and pepper one side of steaks
  • When grill is hot enough, put steaks in seasoned side down and season top side
  • Cook 3-5 minutes each side, depending on thickness of steak See Photo
  • Internal temp. should be 125 for a perfectly med rare steak
  • Melt 1/2 tbls. butter over each steak
  • Tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes
