Ingredients
  • 2 cups firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup EV olive OIL
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 or 2 tes. salt (optional) to taste.

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Cover and blend on medium speed about 3 minutes,
  3. stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
  4. Place in jar and keep in refrigerator.
