Pinenut Basil Pesto 1

- 2 cups firmly packed fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 1 cup cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup EV olive oil shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup pine nuts shopping list
- 1 or 2 tes. salt (optional) to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend on medium speed about 3 minutes,
- stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
- Place in jar and keep in refrigerator.
