How to make it

  • Beat together sugar and oil; add eggs.
  • Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
  • Beat well.
  • Add boiling water.
  • Beat well.
  • Pour into cupcake cups.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees fro 15-18 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Filling:
  • Put flour and milk in a jar and shake.
  • Pour into a pan and cook over low heat until thick.
  • Cool. -very important!
  • Put into mixing bowl.
  • Add sugar, Crisco and vanilla.
  • Beat until fluffy.
  • Cut cone out of the top/middle of cupcake.
  • Fill with filling (use a pastry tube) until you feel it expand.
  • Frost with chocolate frosting.
