Filled Chocolate Cupcakes

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup salad oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 T. flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup Crisco shopping list
- vanilla (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together sugar and oil; add eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
- Beat well.
- Add boiling water.
- Beat well.
- Pour into cupcake cups.
- Bake @ 350 degrees fro 15-18 minutes.
- Cool.
- Filling:
- Put flour and milk in a jar and shake.
- Pour into a pan and cook over low heat until thick.
- Cool. -very important!
- Put into mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, Crisco and vanilla.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Cut cone out of the top/middle of cupcake.
- Fill with filling (use a pastry tube) until you feel it expand.
- Frost with chocolate frosting.
