Shrimp Salsa

A zesty shrimp salsa for dipping chips or to serve over lettuce as a salad.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, seeded, juiced and chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 limes shopping list
- 2 avocados, diced shopping list
- 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped shopping list
- Hotsauce, salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients;
- Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
