An easy, quick and delicious way to make your own barbecue or steak sauce for your next cookout.

Ingredients
  • Ketchup
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Orange Juice Concentrate
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Directions
  1. Place 1 1/2 cups Ketchup in a small or medium sauce pan on low to medium low heat.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups Worcestershire Sauce and stir till combined
  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce for a mild level of spiciness
  4. Add 1/2 cup Orange Juice Concentrate
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Ground Black Pepper
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  7. Add 1 tablespoon of Sugar and stir to combine
  8. If sauce is too thick for your liking, add more Worcestershire Sauce. If sauce is too thin to your liking, add more Ketchup.

This is wonderful on chicken... Love the orange.. I served it on grilled chicken, and added orange slices as a garnish... along with some grilled aspargas and steamed rice... Very easy and tasty... Loved it!
