No Bake Cheesecake

I am sure everyone has a version of quick cheesecake pie they love. This is mine. The sour cream makes such a difference in this. So refreshing for summer.
Ingredients
- 1 ready graham craker pie crust shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed (as in Cool Whip) shopping list
- Can pie filling of your choice, or fresh fruit, fudge sauce, or raspberry sauce, or carmel sauce...anything you wish you can use any crust you wish. shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cheese untl smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.
