Pumpkin Pie Squares

A recipe that my grandpa uses at every family holiday. Tastes like pumpkin pie, but better.
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 c. sifted flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. oats shopping list
- 1/2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
Filling
- 2 c. can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 c. sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 1 t. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 t. cloves shopping list
Topping
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 T. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients for the crust together. Flatten in a 13x9x2 pan and bake at 350 til done. Let completely cool. Mix all of the filling ingredients, pour on top of the cooled crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Mix all the topping ingredients into a crumble, sprinkle on top the filling, and place back in the 350 oven until the topping is melted. Let cool and cut into bars. Totally amazing topped with cool whip or just plain.
