How to make it

  • separate egg whites and whip but NOT stiff
  • take all the rest of the ingredients and mix in a separate bowl
  • when egg whites are whipped but NOT stiff mix all ingredients and put in a prepared pie shell
  • Bake on 400 in 8'' pie crust
