Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour beer over sausages in a large zipper bag, seal and let rest at least half an hour, but up to over night.
  • Cook fries per package directions, or, as desired if making from fresh potatoes.
  • Steam buns in microwave by covering them with damp paper towels and putting them in the microwave on a constant, VERY low setting. Use your "warming" setting, if you have one. OR, cover with the damp paper towels and put them in a gas oven, but not on, or on about 100 degrees until soft and warm.
  • Grill sausages over high heat until heated through and nice and charcoaly! ;-) (you could also broil these, of course)
  • Prepare sammiches by placing the sausage in the roll and top it with a spoonful of cole slaw, a few fries, and the BBQ sauce. Serve with more of each on the side, too!
  • oh and...drink the beer, if you want, but I don't recommend it. ;-)
