How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In large bowl, mix together all ingredients
  • Spray mini tart pans with vegetable shortening spray
  • divide dough into small portions and press into tart pans
  • In large pan, saute' mushrooms, garlic, and onions in butter until tender or about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Strain defrosted spinach well and add to pan.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon a little of filling into tarts and bake at 350 for about 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm
  • * use any left over filling mixture as a dip or it can be used as a filling for omelets!
