This is an authentic european hot chocolate recipe, don't cut corners if you want real thing!

Ingredients
- 12 squares of good quality belgian cooking chocolate
- 400ml milk
- 1 Tbsp caster sugar
- 50ml cream
- 4 marshmellows
- and drinking chocolate for dusting
Directions
- Melt chocolate in milk,then add the sugar and cream.
- heat until piping hot,but don't let it boil.
- Pour into mugs or glasses add the marshmellows.
- dust with the drinking chocolate powder and serve hot.
