Ingredients
  • 4 eggs,beaten
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/4 c self raising flour
  • 1 pkt cheese,onion and herb sauce mix
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 c fresh chopped parsley
  • 3/4 c corn kernels
  • 150g cooked chicken,shredded

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200.c
  2. line 6 jumbo muffin pans with baking paper
  3. whisk together eggs and milk,add remaining ingreds and mix til just combined
  4. por into the muffin pans and bake 20-25 minsor until the centre is firm
  5. allow to cool before removing from pan
  6. Goes nice with a nice salsa
