Mini Chicken and corn self crusting quiches

these are great lunch box fillers or a great snack!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs,beaten shopping list
- 3/4 c milk shopping list
- 1/4 c self raising flour shopping list
- 1 pkt cheese,onion and herb sauce mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 3/4 c corn kernels shopping list
- 150g cooked chicken,shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200.c
- line 6 jumbo muffin pans with baking paper
- whisk together eggs and milk,add remaining ingreds and mix til just combined
- por into the muffin pans and bake 20-25 minsor until the centre is firm
- allow to cool before removing from pan
- Goes nice with a nice salsa
