Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine crab meat(mine was really not lump type, it was pretty "shredded", but it worked great), mayo, the juice from about 1/4 of the lemon, hot sauce and a lil salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and set aside.
  • Sprinkle a lil more lemon juice over the avocado slices, if desired to help prevent browning.
  • Make sammiches by heaping the crab salad on the sliced rolls and topping it with sliced avocado and cucumber.
  • Spread a thin layer of wasabi over top roll.

This looks great. Putting it in a roll is sure easier than trying to wrap it in nori. Leaves more time to watch my team : ) Thanks for sharing.

Clear sinuses coming up. cangrejo y aguacate is always a great combo & I envy you getting blue crab. The clear sinus remark is about the wasabi; which always does that to me. Great post. RJ
