Oatmeal Raisin And White Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Butter or Margarine (softened)

1 c. Packed Brown Sugar

1/2 c. Sugar

1/4 c. Milk

1 Large Egg

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 c. All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

1/4 tsp. Salt

3 c. Old Fashioned Oats

1 c. Sun-Maid Raisins

1 c. White Chocolate Morsels

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture: mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and white morsels.

Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake 12-15 minutes: until golden brown.

Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack.
