Lime Mousse

- 2 cups double cream shopping list
- 1 can condensed milk shopping list
- 6 gelatin sheets, soaked in water shopping list
- juice of 4 limes shopping list
- zest of one lime shopping list
How to make it
- Put the cream, condensed milk and juice of 4 limes on a blender or food processor and whizz.
- Melt the gelatin with 2 tbsp water in a small sauce pan over low heat. Do NOT let it boil!! It will make the mousse bitter.
- Blend the melted gelatin into the mousse and blend.
- Pour on a nice serving bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving sprinkle the zest of 1 lime on top.
