Ingredients

How to make it

  • No need to brown anything
  • Place everything in pressure cooker making sure it is not over 2/3 full or go by your instruction manual for your model ( remember pasta will expand in the pressure cooker )
  • Top with the meat last ( I crumbled up the ground turkey in chunks)
  • My cooker has several presets, but read your instruction manual for the best setting to use
  • Cook for 15- 20 minutes (20 minutes if the meat is frozen )
  • Let pressure die down naturally
  • Carefully remove cover
  • Stir and serve!

Great recipe, dead easy. For a slightly spicy touch, I add a small can of tomatoes and green chiles

I'm a big proponent of pressure cookers...they can make like so much easier for you once you get over the "fear" factor. I may have to check out an electric one, I also have one about 40 years old, and 2 newer models...but electric sounds easy.
