  • Cut butter into pieces.Put butter and oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon into a container and refrigerate. It stays soft in the fridge too!!

    I think I'm gonna try this. You're right. Butter, even with its evils, is much better for you than margarine and this will make me feel less guilty when having my buttered toast. Thanks for sharing.
