Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix cornstarch, broth, honey and mustard.
  • Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until browned.
  • Add carrot and onion.
  • Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add cornstarch mixture.
  • Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
  • Serve with rice.

    This was delicious! I doubled the ingredients for the sauce - it went very well with rice. On the side I had cherry tomatoes cooked in brown butter and lemon juice along with a side of spinach. Next time, I would use less cornstarch because it got a little thick.
