Oyster Puffs

                    - 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp. Chipotle pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbls Old Bay shopping list
- 2 Tbls minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tsp. hot sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup oysters, fresh or canned, rinsed and dried, coarsely chopped shopping list
- Cocktail sauce shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Heat oven to 400°, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the water and butter to rolling boil; stir in flour and salt. Reduce heat to low and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time; continue beating until smooth. Stir in the chopped oysters. Drop dough by spoonful’s onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Serve hot with cocktail sauce.
- Makes 4 to 5 dozen appetizers.
- You may use about 16 ounces of Lump crabmeat in place of the oysters, rinsed and squeezed dry.
