I got this recipe from my neighbor. He is an older gentleman and said this was the way his Mamma made corn pudding. It tastes awesome!

- 2 C. Fresh Corn Cut from the Cob
- 4 Eggs well-beaten
- 2 C. Cream
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- Salt and Pepper

Ingredients

2 C. fresh corn Cut from the Cob shopping list
4 eggs well-beaten shopping list
2 C. Cream shopping list
1 Tbs. butter shopping list
salt and pepper shopping list

How to make it

Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2 quart.baking dish.
Place dish in a shallow pan with about 1 inch of very hot water.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until an inserted knife appears clean.
