Pistachio Pesto Asparagus Tart

- 1 sheet puff pastry (10" X 15" X 1/8"), thawed for 15 minutes (I used Trader Joe's) shopping list
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed shopping list
- 1 tbsp Pistachio Pesto shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place pastry on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread pesto evenly on pastry, leaving an outer edge of crust plain, creating a very thin layer.
- Arrange asparagus on top. Sprinkle with cheese, on outer edge too.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove and let set for a few minutes before cutting.
- *Note: My beau suggested cutting the asparagus into pieces next time, so feel free to try it that way if you want.
