How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Place pastry on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Spread pesto evenly on pastry, leaving an outer edge of crust plain, creating a very thin layer.
  • Arrange asparagus on top. Sprinkle with cheese, on outer edge too.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and let set for a few minutes before cutting.
  • *Note: My beau suggested cutting the asparagus into pieces next time, so feel free to try it that way if you want.
