- 2 Kg of tomato sauce shopping list
- 800gr of onion shopping list
- 200gr of vinegar shopping list
- 400g of brown sugar shopping list
- 5 teaspoons of potato flour shopping list
species
- 4 cloves shopping list
- 1 Laurel leaf shopping list
- 1 big garlic shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg shopping list
- 4 teaspoons of ginger spice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoons of hot paprika shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon shopping list
- 1 handful of chive shopping list
If you want the hot version
- 4 chilli peppers shopping list
How to make it
- Slice onion, garlic and the chives than put it with the tomato sauce in a large pot and cook for about 50' on moderate heat.
- After than sieve the sauce with the onion, add vinegar and sugar and cook for more 20'.
- Grind cloves and grate the nutmeg.
- Add all species (add chili finely chopped if you want the hot version) and cook for more 10'.
- Remove the laurel leaf, finally add the potato flour and cook for more 10'.
- Let cool, and put in the fridge, ready to dish.
