How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor except the olive oil.
  • Whiz it up and slowly add the olive oil.
  • That's all and it is ready. What a joy!

    On Triple D with Guy Fieri (Food TV), he visited a restaurant that, in the winter, made BLT's with tomato jam because they couldn't get really good fresh tomatoes at that time of year. I'll bet those BLT's could be really special made with this Pesto Rosso.
