Rhubarb Pie

- 1 unbaked pie shell shopping list
- enough sliced rhubarb to fill pie shell shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp of flour divided shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 425
- fill pie shell with rhubarb and sprinkle one tbsp of flour over rhubarb.
- beat together eggs, sugar and remaining tbsp of flour till frothy.
- spoon evenly over rhubarb.
- bake at 425 for 10 minutes
- lower heat to 325 and cook an additional 30 minutes.
- cool completely
- In the end, you have a crunchy topping and a custard like middle, yummy!
