Prosciutto Pears

- 4 pears, cored and cut into wedges shopping list
- 8oz spreadable mild white cheese(like Laughing Cow or Boursin or even mascarpone) shopping list
- about 6oz thinly sliced prosciutto shopping list
- 2 lemons shopping list
- 3T honey shopping list
- hot sauce shopping list
- extra fine sea or kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine lemon juice, honey and several dashes of hot sauce in small bowl. Whisk well to incorporate.
- Cut each slice of prosciutto down the middle to create about 1/2 inch ribbons. Depending on the size of your original slices, you might get 2 or 3 out of each piece. Each should already be several inches in length.
- Sprinkle one cut side of each pear piece with just a tiny bit of extra fine salt.
- Spread on a thin layer of the cheese over the salt.
- Wrap one prosciutto ribbon around each slice "barber pole" style.
- Drizzle with the lemon juice mixture and serve immediately.
