Yukon Gold Potato Chips

- 6 small yukon gold potatoes, sliced into 1/8" pieces shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped onions shopping list
- seasoning salt (Lawry's) to taste (we used about 1/3 tsp total) shopping list
- oil (we used Smart Balance Omega blend) shopping list
How to make it
- Pour about 2 inches of oil into a small saucepan. Heat over medium, to about 350F.
- Line a bowl or place with paper towel.
- Carefully place half of sliced potatoes & chopped onions to oil. Season. Fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
- Transfer fried potatoes to lined dish.
- Carefully place remaining potatoes & onions to oil. Season. Fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
- Transfer to lined dish.
