How to make it

  • Pour about 2 inches of oil into a small saucepan. Heat over medium, to about 350F.
  • Line a bowl or place with paper towel.
  • Carefully place half of sliced potatoes & chopped onions to oil. Season. Fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
  • Transfer fried potatoes to lined dish.
  • Carefully place remaining potatoes & onions to oil. Season. Fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
  • Transfer to lined dish.
