How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cranberries and apples.
  • In a large measuring cup, whisk the mayonnaise, syrup and lemon juice. Stir into broccoli mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • • Just before serving, stir in bacon and sunflower kernels.

    I made this yesterday and it was delicious:) Loved the combination of fruit & vegetables! The only change I made was omittingt the bacon... I will be making this often this summer!
